2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from HealthCare Comp when you:

  • Submit a form on our website (such as our Submit a Referral or contact form) with your mobile number and the SMS consent box selected;
  • Otherwise provide your mobile number to us for the purpose of receiving text communications; or
  • Send us a text message first.

3. Messages You May Receive

You may receive appointment reminders, referral and order status updates, follow-ups, service notifications, and other relevant business-related communications.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and the status of your inquiries or referrals.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. HealthCare Comp does not charge for SMS messages.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the details below to be removed.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. To the extent any text message contains Protected Health Information (PHI), it is handled in accordance with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
